maintain settelment rule for sender in Refurbishment order

Dear friends

when I carryout the settlement ko88 of refurbishmnet order the error message give as maintain settelment rule for sender & message number KD205

this message comes when we assign RAK to order in control tab

if you do not assign theRAK it works nomally .

but before two weeks all thsese settings were working for WIP settlement & suddenly this problem comes

I could not understand ,since settlement receiver material already in the order as receiver

still why it is giving this message

can anybody give me answer to my query
