E-mail notification when offer is issued

Hello,

We have SRM4.0 SP10 and we would like to receive a notification when the supplier adds his offer to a BID. We implement OSS Number 772892 but is the template associated (smartform or formulary in SE71). Do we need more configurations?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

    Hi Tânia,

    Check the events at SPRO:

Supplier Relationship Management --> SRM Server --> Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management

    Thanks,

After configuration the purchaser receive the e-mail notification. However, we need some customization:

1 - CL_ACTION_BID_NOTIFICATION_BBP (it as restriction to send e-mail and we what to receive notification for all type of offers and conditions associated)

    3 - BBP_OUTPUT_BID_NOTIFICATION (to indicate smartfmart)

    2 - Smartform BBP_BID_NOTIFICATION

    Best regards

      Hi Tania,

There are options for alerting the Bidder when a auction/bid is published, but your requirement is to intimate the buyer when a bidder submits a bid.

I doubt there are any standard options for this, but you need to develop a custom workflow for the notification purpose.

      Regards
