Crystal Server 2013 INS00140 error

Hello,

I was given a download link and temporary key for Crystal Server 2013 and when I try to install it I get the following error message. I've seen guides for the INS00140 error on crystal reports, but where are the guides for this? I need to make the trial work before I can invest in the full product, and I don't have maintenance so posting a ticket, or using notes that require logins on support.sap.com isn't an option.

Hi Gabriel, I tested this myself and the keys provided customer have an issue for whatever reason. I used temporary keys that we use and there was no error. So there isn't an issue with the product, it does seem that the issue is with the license keys.
