HR Form TF00

Hi Experts

I have to enhance HR Form TF00.

In the header part of HR form , in place of NEW LINE TO BE ADDED HERE (as shown below) i have to add one more line with some information. There may be one line added or several lines added depending on the volume of data.

How can i do this?

Go to Tcode PE50

Give country grouing

Give Form Naem

Select form layout radio button click on change

you can see 2 windows HD, F1

HD is for header double click on it you will see the editor and you can add the fields over there according to the you to move the fields of down window too. otherwise it will get overlaped.

Thanks for teh infirmation. Its really very helpfull.

I have one more query..

In HD i have added my fields.

1) I have inserted a line in HD.

2) I have added a hardcoded text 'Crew Member:'

3) Now i want to assign it a value which is present in my program in one of the global variable. How can i do it?

4) Also in case this global variables have miltiple values i.e it h as more than one rows, can this be handled dynamically in HD part ?
