transfer of sales plan

hi all pp guru's

I want transfer plan of fert material from demand managment

but syssteam shows msg the no data maintain for material in plant in transfer period.

Pls confirm me cycle form creating sales plan to creat plan order by using demand managment.

Hi Amit ,

If you want to transfer sales plan , you may use SOP fuctionality of SAP . But it would work with Make to stock strategies . If you work with make to order then no need to go for demand management MD61 . Create sale order in VA01 and take MRP run in MD02 or md50 to obtain planned orders .

Hi,

In MC74 or MC90 we use to transfer the requirements from SOP to demand management.Here u give the requirements type and the planning version with transfer period from which it is to be transferred.
