XML Form Builder - Content Archiving

Hi All,

I have created a News Application with the XML Form Builder and it is working fine. In the application, I have a field called Expiry Date and I am saving all the XML Files into a KM folder, /documents/X.

The requirement is such that once the expiry date is reached the XML file stored in the KM repository folder /documents/X has to be deleted and moved to another folder /documents/Y.

I know that there is a property called ValidFrom and ValidTo for the file generated by which I can make it visible to the end users. But in my scenario, I have to move the XML file to a different location after the expiry field. How can I achieve the above said scenario??

In the approval process , last stage of approval step is archived.

Hi All,

Can we write a scheduler to move contents from one folder to another...If possible how is that possible...There is no need of any approval process in the flow....Once the expiry date is reached, the News ITem will be moved from one folder to another automatically.
