DEFFERENCE BETWEEN ERP4.7 (EX 110) AND ERP4.7 (EX 200)

HELOO TO ALL SAP MASTERS

IS THERE ANY SIGNIFICANCE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SAP ERP 47 EXTENSION SET 110 AND 200.

IF YES WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES.

well the difference betwen these two extension is nothing but the r/3 software applicaton release version

it will be helpfull when you will download something (patches, addons etc) from market place, it will prompt you, which version softwares you want.

you can check your version

sap user interface ---> system -

---

> status

click on component version

and in the row. EA- APPL you can view your exising version

R/3 4.7 Ext. Set 110 is based on WAS 620 whereas R/3 4.7 Ext. Set 200 is based on WAS 630.

you mean to say there is a kernel difference.?? apart from some kind of application software.

Hi,

WAS does not means kernel. WAS refers to whole netweaver architecture. Both R/3 releases can work on kernel 640 as kernel 620 is out of maintenance but still they have architectural differences.
