ESS cache issue

Hi colleagues,

I am opening this thread on behalf our SDN colleague Arul

Please kindly help him in a cache issue.

He is facing a cache issue in a ESS application, everytime he restarts the computer the cache issue occurs.

Portal 7 SP14

    Hello Arul,

    Open ur portal navigate to Content Administration--> Portal Content Click on Search

    Search cache and select Iview from Drop Down

    then See preview of Cache Administrator Ivew from searched Iview and click on Clear Cache

    it will resolve ur Issue.

      Hey dude,

      They are facing an issue everytime they restart their computers. Probably it is something in their AD, Proxy, firewall...

      Also, here goes a hint: do not ask for points, it is not allowed in SDN (check SDN policy). If a moderator see this you will get alerted...
