SAP Customer Checkout - Return an item without a receipt

In release 2.0 FP05 PL00, I am trying to return an item without a receipt by entering a negative value in the Quantity field. When I enter a negative value I get the "Return sales item" window and I enter my data then OK. Once I click OK I the quantity gets reset to 1. I made sure to remove all plugins when I tried the case. I recall reading in the User Guide that this is possible, however I did not find something clear in the configuration guide to indicate if there's an option to enable this or not. Please help me out on how to make it possible?

I figured it out, it worked by placing the negative sign to the right of the quantity instead of left, but however this did not pop-up the "Return sales item" window to enter a return reason.

Dear Amlood,

Returns without receipt should be possible exactly the way you described it. Return Sales Item should pop up immediately after you entered a negative quantity. I also checked this works when a user is logged in with Arabic language.

If the above does not work for you please open a Support incident on your launchpad. We can then check further.
