BOA Auth error Analysis for office

A user is getting the following error when running a query in Analysis for office, BOA.

"You do not have sufficient authorization.

The component crosstab1 is superimposed on the contents of the cell Excel. 39 lines have been cut."

I checked her roles in SU01 and PFCG . She has the required auth in S_RS_COMP and S_RS_COMP1 for viewing (Display, execute) all data from that Infoarea that house the concerned multiprovider. No restriction on salesorg or companycode.

Any idea why this error?

Hello Cleo - to further troubleshoot, please ask your BW Security person to run an STAUTHTRACE while running this query - it should highlight more authorization issues
