Hello

When settling internal orders, only the amounts are settled/repost according to the settlement rule. Can anybode inform me how to include the quantities in the settlement documents?

Best regards

Hello again

Unfortunately I don't succeed settling of quantities on an internal order - eventhough I post the settlement from another cost element with Cost Element Category 'External settlement'...

Any new suggestions?

Hi

Thank you for your reply, but what do you mean with 'original cost object'?

We have posted some amount and quantities to a cost element (primary) from which we settle to another cost element (primary).

Dear Seren, I mean 'original cost element' as the same cost elements for settlement. In the allocation structure, you might have found by double clicking the folder 'Settlement cost element' in the left hand side dialog structure.. Either you can settle 'by cost element' or by both internal or external Settlement cost element. Further, when you select 'by cost element', you can only settle by the same cost element not another cost element. For your scenario, I can suggest you to try External Settlement cost element category no.22 which is a primary cost element. Trust this helps much and if so, pl assign rewards! Regards, Ashok SINGH

Hi Logster, The values and quantities can be brought into the receiving cost objects by settling them through original cost element. If we use settlement cost element in between, only values flow from one cost object to another cost object. Trust this answers your query!
