Annual Quota

Hi All,

Leave Encashment and Annual Quota:

Annual Leave is permitted only for confirmed employees.

15 days of Annual Leave is granted for confirmed employees on yearly basis.

Any employee can accumulate only 7 days of Annual Leave for next year.

At any given point of time only 35 Annual Leaves will be accumulated and above 35 days will be lapsed.

Leave Encashment is paid only during the time separation of an employee and condition for payment is last month drawn will be considered.

I have configured the necessary nodes in 0416.

Request to help in this matter.

If I understand well, the employee cannot cumulate more than 35 days, current and paste years balance together. If it happens, what overlapp is lost, not even paid

Is that it?

Is it in the same quota

(Why don't U use the maximum setting in quota config...)

or you have to add the sum of different quota?

(create a time eval rule)
