How can I give the ABAP er the opening stock data, please explain in detail

HI opening stock is intial stock of material at the starting of particular period, year or Day

Use the tables MARA MARD MKPF MSEG MBEW to take the qty related fields

Goto TCode MB1C enter details and movement type = 561

and goto Menu Movement type - Receipt and select your options...

Create BDC / LSMW by sitting with Abaper

My problem has solved by giving him the opening stock & closing stock of any period i.e., first I have given the closing stock by a report by giving the date as 31.01.2008 then this same stock is the opening stock for the another month i.e., for the Feb month( and this is comming as opening stock for febraury month by entering the date as 01.02.2008.

My problem solved, hence closing this issue.

How can I explain him the opening stock

Stock of an item at the beginning of a new inventory-keeping period.

for pure quantities this can be taken from MARD and MARDH table.

for valuated quantities you have to look into MBEW and MBEWH table.
