Reporting - Ticket E-Mail Interaction

Hello,

I am searching for a possibility to analyze the e-mail content of the first ticket interaction. So I want to create a report where the content of all initial customer interactions by e-mail are listed. Unfortunately I didn't found any concerning fields in the report data sources. Maybe you know some work around?

    Hi Jasmin,

    Did you try to check this data source "All Tickets with All Interactions".

    You can also check this data source "All Emails with Predecessor Ticket".
