RAISE_EXCEPTION Dump - Enterprise portal

Dear Team,

We have our Enterprise portal running in "SAP GUI for HTML". We could see that so many ABAP dumps "RAISE_EXCEPTION" occur in the ECC system on daily basis. It seems exception is happening during "FILE_OPEN_DIALOG" and FILE_SAVE_DIALOG" methods in the program where vendors are trying to "open" or "save" files in their front end.

We have gone through few SAP Notes :

801167 - file_save_dialog: Parameters are not passed

523721 - Calling front-end service functions in SAP GUI for HTML

915681 - ITS Up/Down: no filter in FILE_SAVE_DIALOG, FILE_OPEN_DIALOG

We have SAP Integrated ITS version 700, Kernel 721 patch 700. It seems those notes are not applicable to us.

Also in "SAP GUI for Windows" environment it is working fine.

Any suggestions please?

Can you provide us the exceptions throwing in your R3 and Portal?
