How to create Appraisals for large no of employees using programs , can you help on this matter.any sample programs , points will be awarded .

Hi,

Create Appraisal Sheet in SAP. You can easily take printout of those Appraisal Sheet. Then distribute the hard copy Appraisal Sheet to every employee of your company. Key in the ratings manually in the system.

If your company is going for ESS then there no need of taking hard copy of Appraisal Sheet. Employee fill up there Appraisal Forms online.
