find out the object for po number range then got to tcode snum or snro and maintain the number range for that object or else make sure you have assigned the no. range to the relevant document type in customization screen

    HI,

Check if you have assigned the number range to the internal number range in the document type.

Check the status of the number range also and see if this number of PO on the status of the number range is been created already.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Kiran
