i need (Roh &halb) material consumption againest a finish product

on date wise not order wise

in the same line if i get all issue value ie material and activies aginest the finish produt which will be more help full for cost analysis

plz suggest probable solution

Hi,

As for production, GI is booked with reference to PrdOrd and not with reference to FG.

Consumption report is possible e.g. in COOIS and MB51. In both reports you can use PrdOrd as filter criteria. What you can do is to get all the PrdOrd numbers of your FG and after that you execute the mentioned reports using those PrdOrd numbers as filter criteria.

Other solution is to create a query.

Use Tcode MB51 with 261 mvt type to get the reports for ROH or HALB material consumption for finished prodcut.

u can use SAP1 for all the std reports

The T code for viewing the standard report for

Material Analysis - MCP5.

Production Order - MCP3.

Material Usage Analysis - MCRE.

In Addition to these T code's in REM - Repetitive Manufacturing,

MCP9 - Run Schedule Schedule Header(For GR & Scrap).

But for getting this report ,check whether in T code OMOD - Updating Shop Floor Control - Info Structures .

For Info Structure S026, Material Usage the updation is included.
