Where Does One Choose Which Controls to Display in Crystal Viewer?

I am working at getting the 'unmanaged URL method' to work with Coldfusion 8 and Crystal Enterprise 10. Is there any way one can control which buttons appear on the Crystal Viewer? Is this done through the Crystal Enterprise Admin Launchpad or Crystal Configuration Manager? If not, where do I look to set the preference or what phrase exactly should I use when searching SAP for how to do this?

Any help would be appreciated.
