"Categorization" block activation

Hi Gurus,

I configured an IC_Agent role in the service scenario but when I create a serivce order with the IC_Agent I would like to make active the block "Categorization" (the block with Category1, Category2,...) in order to display the possible causes of damage;

What should I do?

    Hi,

    I guess you are trying to create the service order and want to capture the reasons in the service orders that is being created.

    One suggestion is to make use of Category Modeler for the various categorization that you have and use the Subject profile, Subject codes for the purpose.

    write back if i am thinking on right track and if you want more clarification.

      Hi Rajiv,

      the process is the following: I would like that when the Technician (Service Professional role) creates the Service Order it's possible for him to select in the Categorization Block the possible causes of damage using an autosuggesting menu.

      I hope it'd be clarifying.

      But I donìt know how to make it possible.

      It will be nice if you can explain me the method in details.
