Hi,

Once upgrade to from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 standard Reports performance

Issue Like MMBE, ME2L, ME2N,MM60 & MB52 like all reports

Could you please help me on this please

Hi, I found slow performance issues since upgrades (3 of them) from 4.x to 6.0 and it is because Oracle 10g needs more resources, after following SAP notes performance did not went better, once we got an go live upgrade service from SAP and they found the I/O Disk system as a bottleneck so after some investigation I decided to go Windows 2003 64Bits and changed Disk Raid from 5 to 0+1 or 10 and everything then became almost as it was before the upgrade.

Oracle 10g is more "sensitive" to bad Select statements so it is important to correct them either on the code (best solution) or creating an Index.

This is Windows experience only so probably won´t happen under Unix/Linux OS. In all of this upgrades they required a sizing from hardware vendor and they told that the actual hardware was OK so I think the problem came from using RAID 5 in Oracle 10g.

Hi All,

We have an issue after the technical upgrade is done from 4.6b to ecc 6, where the performance of few reports like MMBE, MBSM, MIDO, MBGR and some more are very slow. Please help me the way to proceed in order to boost the performance of above said transactions.

Hi ,

Plz check tht whether the new notes are implemented in the ECC 6.0.

For checking ur MMBE pgm u can check with the t-code mmbe_old .

this is the report which was in the 4.6.

Compare both of the pgms and u can find out the diff.

then pgm names are . RMMMBEST for MMBE_OLD

RMMMBESTN for MMBE.

i worked on this thing .

I am having issue in MMBE. My issue is

In MMBE the ouput wants to come in company-code/ plant/Batch/Storage Location.

In tht the materials like LP MMBE is not giving the Batch & the storage Location.

If u can any solution on this it will be helpful for me .

we creaked that problem this problem is coming becasue some orecal parameters settings.

please check with your basis consultant regarding Orecal parameters for slow connection settings

tomarrow morning i will give you take full info from my basis consultant and i will send it

first if all could you do a quicksizing with service.sap.com/quicksizer.

Sizing (and performance testing in the Devt Systems) is highly recommended, if not mandatory with each upgrade.

In addition will you find some additional hints in the upgrade guides for SAP ERP 6.0, and for ERP Central Component (service.sap.com/erp-inst)
