Only One Page Printing

Hi Experts,

I wanted to print Terms and Condition in my Last page ...

it is totally 3 pages .. but only one page is printed..

I am using Smartforms ...

I used Command option and set Go to new Page as 'LAST'

and in last window .. i created a text ..

anything wrong in this way ??

Hi,

You are saying that your form contains only three pages and that to third page with terms and conditions, are writing any text in such a way or you are writing by using any runtime source like table in main window. if that is the case may be your form does not containing two pages of data. that is why you are not getting last terms and conditions page is not printing which you are trying to triggering in second page which was supposed to be there was not presented, please check this. To avoid this try to call the last page at the end of main window so that it will call at the end of whole data printed, if data was not there the form will not print at all please check this.

Check these things.

Assume you have two page layouts one with data & other with Terms & Conditions.

First layout data is triggering in two pages you have to display 3rd page with Terms & Conditions If this the requirement

In your First Page Next Page Should Be Space i.e Check the F4 of your next page you will find Space select those

& to Call the Terms Page

keep your command node as you already given but it should be at the end of your Main Window.

Space is the next page for your terms page not for the first page.

First page Next page First page only.

Your Last page window must be type MAIN window, if your text is getting overflowed to next page.

Make sure that you have next page as LAST in the LAST page.
