We have configured extended notification. but we are able to get only executable workitems. we need to get all the notifications like document also to be sent to oulook.
I have tried this but it didn't work. Can you explain how exactly it works and what's the procedure to achieve this.
To my understanding, to get Outlook mail from your "Documents" folder, you use this Automatic fwding. I am not sure, if this setting will automatically send the "Documents" folder of SAP Inbox to the corresponding UWL.
Coz, i had this requirement earlier and after a little bit of research, i thought it might not be possible and left it. It'd be great if we can do this.
