Hello All,
In C4C Service, we have add a customized field in Service Request. when we changed the ticket status to Completed, all fields including this field is Deemed. We need to let this field editable even if all the fields are deemed.
Can we achieve this and how?
I have contact SAP Expert chat and they informed me that it can be done.
Please help me on this.

I have had a similar requirement but it didn't work out for me either. When the status of ticket is set to Completed, all the fields are deemed except those that are mandatory. This applies only for standard fields but the same do not work for Custom fields.
When I raised an incident with SAP, got a reply that it is not possible and asked to raise an Ideas.
@Others : If there is any solution available, let me know.
