SSO between ECC 6.0 and CRM 2007

HI,

After activating the SSO into my ECC6 (ITS server) I'm not able to access to the system anymore (via ITS).

I have the logon screen but even with the good login/password it comes back to the logon screen with the following message :

No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password
