DRAO TABLE DOES NOT HAVE ANY ENTRIES

Hi,

The DRAO table does not contain any value. I have many DIR's created in the system with orignal attached to it. But still the DRAO table is empty.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? any solution to get it corrected?

Hi,

Which server are you using to store document ? (Content Sever, Vault)

Are you check - in the original documents in DIR ?

Hi,

I am using the content server to store the documents and all the files have been checked in.

The FILEP field in the DRAW table is also blank.

Hi,

When you use the content server it will no update the DRAO table.

These are tables updates for original files DMS_PHIO2FILE,DMS_DOC_FILES & DMS_DOC2LOIO.
