Source Sytem Activation

Hi Experts,

In my SandBox system, we have a source system connection form r/3 4.7. RFC is working fine, it is allowing to replicate the DataSources, but the problem is Source System is Inactive in BW side. Even if try to activate it is going to timeout short dump. So, can any one plz help me is there any program to activate the source system directly.
