Error during installation on Windows with file orauts.dll

Hello,

While installing SAP NetWeaver2004s , I am getting following error.

This error has occurred at �Phase 23 of 84 : Post Load Activity�.

Can any one help me to resolve this ??

System related other details are also as below.

brconnect.exe � Entry Point Not Found

�The procedure entry point WSASCleanup could not be located in the dynamic link library orauts.dll �

System Details :

OS : Microsoft Windows 2003 Server R2 ( with SP2 ) i386

Database : Oracle v10.2
