Hello Experts,
I am facing a scenario from client, where they require month wise WDV depreciation calculation based on NBV. Following is required from client:
Acquisition Cost: 100,000/-
Acquisition Date: 01.01.2018
WDV Rate: 10% per anum (Declining balance method)
I created a Z Dep key with following parameters:
Base Method: 0012
Dec.-bal. method: 001
Period Control: 001
Multilevel Method: Z10
(Acq Year: 9999, Years: 000, Period: 0, Base Val. 24, Percent: 10)
System is performing calculation based on the year value and is proposing depreciation as follows of 10,000/year and 833.33/month. However, client require calculation as follows:
is there any way, we can achieve the desired results?

Hi Amar,
Please do the below changes and check.
1. Update the Class as "Declining-Balance depreciation' and this field is located right below to the Multilevel Method in AFAMA.
2. In Multilevel method, update Years: 999, Period: 12
This should work.
Thanks,
NSK
