when tried to run the newly created sceenrio we have error

RCVR_DETERMINATION">NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE

No receiver could be determined

PS old scenario is working fine .

following are finding and steps taken to solve the issue but nothing helps

  • SM59 INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI , RETURN 403 FORBIDDEN
  • SXI_CACHE unable to refresh cache content with error.
  • full cache update ( Done ) but no change.
  • server restart (but nothing helps)

Hi,

It is configuration issue of particular scenario.

I can observe from the attached screenshot there is a cache error related to particular interface |BS_DEV_TEAM|. can you cross verify that the interface configured correctly and do make sure all the objects exists of that particular interface?

Also,Is it Dev or Quality Server? some times if you move ID objects with out ESR objects then cache error related to ESR objects doesn't exist will come.

Regards

Pavan

ASAIK if cache not updating then the status would be in yellow color, if there are any problem with the interface objects or any other configuration issue then the would be in red arrow status.
