Quality Notifications- how to remove mandatory fields in notifications

Hello All,

Can anyone please help me how to remove a reference number field mandatory for Quality notifications.

I tried

"In SPRO

QM>Quality notifications>Notification Types-->Define Screen Templates

Select "Field Selection: General Screens"

Click on menu bar button "Influencing"

Double click on notification type"

But these didnt work for me.

Dear Vishnu,

KIndly check Reference no filed in Field Selection : Reference Object screen.

Also check if any screen variant is used in the Quality Notification.
