Embed a mashup or URL link within a Survey?

Hi All,

In C4C, we are creating a Survey and if the answer to any of the questions is Yes, we want the user to click on a link to take them to another internal site for.

In a section of a survey i ca type the URL in, but it doesn't look nice and doesn't hyperlink.

Is it possible to add something to a Survey that will allow me to instruct the survey taker to click on the following link and send them to another site (i've created URL mashups for these two sites...)

What type of survey is being used in your scenario? Whether it is Internal or External
