Hi

I have created info recored with net price say 100

when I create PO with 150 and info update check box is set it should update not price in info record by 150 but it is not happening

net price remains same ie 100 after PO and GR

please explain me ..why it is and any setting needed in IMG.

The Info Record Price Never Updates From PO. Whenever You create a Purchase Order System will Propose the Last Purchase Order Price automatically.

Hi Sachin,

In my opinion,

If you want the info record price to be updated for the current PO price,

then you ensure info update C option is selected and info record for the material purchase org plant combination should not exist.

Once, you create the info record, always the price will be picked from the info record. The new PO price will not get update into the info record.

Dear,

Price is always come from purchase order history.

All value is come from EIPA table. Info record is not updated at the time of purchase order creation.

Price will not get updated in info record from PO.

Price in Info record will get updated through Quotation,contract.

Hi,

It will not change the net price of info record. It will update the PO Price History. Check in menu Environment -> PO Price History

Create a new PO for the same vendor/material/plant/purcae org. combination, it will bring PO price as150.

Thanks for the information, but when see the effects of inofupdate indicator which is given in the below links says that PO history gets updated from PO in inforecord...

it is talking about order price history, not about adopting the purchase price into info record.

The order price history can be analyzed with transaction ME1P
