GR Error in process

Hi Experts,

We have an issue where GR is not able to do From SRM front end , is shows that it is in Error in process but from backedn MiGO T-code we are able to do that

Any suggestions

    Hi Sameer

    check rz20, application monitor , bbp_pd and we02 MBGMCR idoc type.You might get some clue..

    no-value-in-confirmation-value-column-in-confirmat

    It has been reported in many threads but..you need to do some research..any workflow approval issues..

    check your all the data you entered for confiramtion. is it happening for only one cart. check that data correctly.

    Hello,

    If it was done with BD87, the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB entry should not have

    been deleted.

    If it's sure that the backend confirmation belongs to the srm

    document, the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB entry has to be regenerated

    see note 644963, and run the cleaner again

    Please check the IDoc in ECC (R/3), the reason for the error should be available there. After reprocessing the Idoc you can run the clean job to update the doc in SRM. If the IDoc is not getting processed, do revert with the error.
