Generic Synchronization Communication Error while accessing backend(R/3)

hi all,

i am new to MI (MI 7.0)

i trying to execute generic synchronization using jsp application.

when i try to access the backend(r/3) system i am getting the following error

EWAF 016Due to a communications error method method name could not be executed

i have made the table entry in the corresponding table MEMAPPDEST and BWAFMAPP in the MI Server.

i checked the RFC destination for Backend(R/3). it is working fine.

*but when i try to synchronize a wrapper function in the MI Server it is working fine.

The problem is when try to access the backend(R/3) after making the entrie in MEMAPPDEST Table*

Please help me.

Hi Beevin,

Kindly check if you function module <method name> is Remote Enabled or not. The function module should always be Remote Enabled and if it is done so, this error should ideally get resolved.
