maintain the condition record in VK12. the default access is
Country/region/control code/material. Control code is the chapter ID by the way.
The condition record is maintianed by default in this access. If not please check the accesses one by one in VK12 for your material and you will find the value 16%. change to whatever you want and save it. Its done.
