How to take monthly profit and loss account?

Dear all,

As per the standard Tcode F.01 I can take the profit and loss account or Balance sheet account balances in month wise. But, it is carrying the previous months/year balances.

Example:

Previous month balance - 5,00,000/-

Current month balance - 7,00,000/-

Even if entered the reporting period 5 to 5 in the selection screen in F.01 it is showing the total as 12,00,000/-

As per our client requirement they want the report only for the current month(7,00,000/-) and it should not carry the previous balances. I tried the other Tcodes it is also showing the same. Is there any tcodes we have in standard to get the monthly balance for P&L and B/S. If there is any Tcode kindly share it.

Else it would be great if you give me some tips to generate the ZREPORT.
