    Hi,

Click the detail button for more details.

I think you need to check the BOM for the material which you are trying to cost.

Also check whether the material masters has been defined correclty for all the BOM components.

    Regards

    Hi Nivas,

First try doing cost estimate for a specific material using CK11N and then do price update using CK24N.

If this is working, then your CK40N will also works.

In first instance, while executing for a single material, you can analyse the errors easily.

If this is also not updating, then check your customization.

    Hi,

you must mark and release the standard cost estimate at CK24

To mark the standard cost estimate, ensure you are in marking screen (see the tile)

Select current posting period, year, and company code, plant, material -> excute

Green exception (Marking allowed) will come for company code and Save.

    Now release the cost.

Press the Release button in the front screen of ck24

And give same posting period /year/company code/plant/Material -> then remove the test check box and execute.

Then u will find the new price will be displayed and updated in material master, now system give will message std cost estimated updated successfully.

Execute release until u will get above message.

Check whether the costing variant used when CK11N is same as what is marked in for the company code.

No costing and accounting views maintained in material masters.
