SAP Work Manager 6.4 Complex Table Refresh not working

Hi All,

I have implemented SAP WM 6.4 at my client and I now want to improve the syncs down to the devices, I'm trying to set the complex tables not to do a refresh again only to do a delta sync. I have set my TABLE_CHECK = 0 and my TABLE_REFRESH = -1 and I tried TABLE_REFRESH = 720 but, every time I run the sync it reloads the complete table.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for your comment, I have checked this already and it is setup exactly as the note suggests but, still not working as expected.
