XI service user pwd

Hi all,

Is there any need for all XI service users to have same password?

Does any difference in service user pwd create problem in SLD from recognising business systems?

What is the influence of Servicers pwd on CPAcatche, SLD, Business systems etc?

Request for clearty on these.
