Hello, i am trying to change the search behavior of the Agent Inbox in the CRM Interaction Center Web Client.
Can anyone please tell me how to debug the process after clicking on the search button?
Where can i set breakpoints to see in debugger how the inbox items are selected?

Hi,
hope you are working on CRM2007 , in that case in IC web client press F2 which ever the button you want to track in debugging, there you will find the view name.
Then go to that view put a break point in that view then go to you IC web client and press the button
then it takes you to debugging mode.......
(if you are working with CRM 5.0 you need to find the appropriate view for that particular then put a break point)
