When i have create sales order it shows error like this : "Material BOTTLE is not defined for sales org.1000, distr.chan.10, DE language " .. how to resolve this...
please check the sales org & dist. channel u have defined for the material & whether the plant has been assigned to sales org & distibution combination & also to the company code.
maintain the material for 1000/10 sales org dist channel. It was created for some other combination and is not getting picked here. Just go to mm01 and add the sales view for 1000/10.
First check if the material is available in that sales area.
If it is available, goto Material master (MM02), click on the Additional data, available on the top left hand side, here give country name DE and discription.
The error tells you that the material BOTTLE created by you is not in that sales org and dis channel. First see in which sales org and dis channel you have created the material. if you know that, you can extend that material to the sales org and dis channel you want to use in your sales order( create with reference). after that maintain the sales text.
