Online Monitoring Update Interval for Call Statistics

Hi Guru,

We know that it is possible to change the value of Update Interval for Call Statistics and Agent Statistics for Summary View in the CDT (Tools- Settings- UI Settings). But I need to know if we can set a default value in SC, I mean, I need to make the change for all user.

Hi Fernando,

I understand your issue and perhaps, just as a quick recommendation on the actual issue I would start with your question first and then elaborate further. This way, other participants may be able to grasp what you are really asking first.
For example, I would ask:
How can I set the "Update Interval for Call Statistics and Agent Statistics for Summary" refresh values to multiple users at once? ... then you clarify/explain what you have done/concluded before asking the question.

Regarding the question itself.

  1. Please note that those settings refer to the refresh rate and to the Online Monitoring Interface (not CDT). These are two separate websites.
  2. Mass changes to most variables in CDT can be mass-changed using the "User Settings Templates", but this does not affect the OM interface.
  3. The only place where you can change some settings is in the System Configurator -> Reporting -> Statistics Settings. For that view, the only setting you can change globally is to the "Minimum for Refresh Interval". Please refer to "Statistics Settings" for more details.
  4. The reason why those changes can only be managed locally is because mass changes of this type would cause performance issues in the CCtr system.
