Best Way to assign investment management and put settlement rule in WBS

Hi,

Is there best standard method to put settlement rule and assign investment management which have a lot of WBS structure...rather than assign one by one?

Hi Nies,

You can maintain investment profile and settlement profile in project profile using the T-Code OPSA in controlling tab page. This will be defaulted to all the WBS elements.

Hi,

The issue is i need to assign to alot wbs in the same project..

For example...

WBS level1

WBS level2

WBS level 3 (assigned IM)

WBS level 3 (assigned IM)

WBS level 3 (assigned IM)

Could you please advise the best way to put investment id (i use character) to each WBS level 3, rather than manual.

use substitution

if level 3 and IM profile = blank

then substitute IM profile value

Dear,

There is procedure for the collective generation of setelment rule .

CJB2 - Individual Processing

CJB1 - Collective Processing

In CJB1 you have to create varrient and then you can generate the sattelment rule for meany WBSE .
