initial fiori system in prd ，but can not open the launchpad web

hi everyone！there are some problem of my SAP system。after i activate the fiori gateway in DEV-300，there are 2 tcode in my logon.and when i click it then can show me the fiori launchpad web。but when i transport the request from DEV to PRD(if u use stc01 to activate the fiori，it will create a request)。in PRD-900 when i click the TCODE but i show the not found in the web。it means the request not effective？i can not transport the request to activity it and only do the same like DEV-300 in PRD-900？

Hi Huang,

Just a quick check after you move your transport from Dev to Prod. Do you see SICF nodes active for ushell or below services ?

Task list name : SAP_FIORI_LAUNCHPAD_INIT_SETUP

• /default host/sap/bc/ui2/nwbc/
• /default_host/sap/bc/ui2/start_up
• /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ar_srvc_launch
• /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ar_srvc_news
• /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn
• /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell
• /default_host/sap/public/bc/ui2
• /default_host/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5

if your task list item is stuck, just have a check on above ui5 services, if they are active in SICF of PRD.

i have check that they are all in SICF of PRD.but i found a surprising，not noly fiori launchpad web shows error，all web from PRD shows error(likes tcode "soamanager" show the same error！！！)。it means what？whether the SAP systems make something to stop i open web from PRD？just like “Board machine”？

i no idea。。。someone can help me？

Have you registered all the Launchpad services in /iwfnd/maint_service tcode.

Click add service button, and add below service and map it to LOCAL System alias.

• /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CONF
• /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS
• /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST
• /UI2/INTEROP
• /UI2/TRANSPORT

those are run in STC01 in DEV

You must run Gateway Basic Config and Fiori Launchpad Init Setup also on Production.
