creation of automatic delivery and transfer order after credit release

Hi All,

There is a requirement for my client that,for a standard order process, delivery order and transfer order should be create automatically after the SO Credit release(VKM3/VKM4).

Can any one suggest what USER EXIST can consider and how the Functional Spec., should prepare?

Why do you need exits for this? It can be achieved via configuration.
