Workflow through sending mail

Hi

please clarify while user reject the PO we need to send a mail

through Workflow and terminate the work item.,

how to handle it please clarify.

Hi,

While Rejection after sending the mail call the "Process Control". This will terminate the workflow.

Hi Guna sekar,

You can use the WAPI to delete the work item from the inbox. The WAPI is SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_DELETE.

Before using it check that in SE37 to understand the functionality if needed..

Termination events i am using rejection but while i reject the PO the termination not occur its automatically goes to the next user level approval.

Please provide the information.

Hi

1.

we have different level of approval for a single PO

1. RO Approval

2. AO Approval.

3. CO Approval

once the PO Rejected by the AO send a mail to the RO

and push the AO workitem into RO workitem same for co rejected by the AO send a mail to the RO and AO and push the CO workitem into AO and RO.

How to handle these type of revert back.

2. once user saved his workitem with out changing the data automatically his workitem closed.

how to handle these type situtation

please guide to me.
