Hi,

I have a problem with initial download of DNL_CUST_PROD1 from ERP to CRM with transaction R3AS, The monitor says the download is done but the relevant tables are not populated. I cheked the table T023 In R/3 there are entries, but in CRM is empty.

I tried to download table T023 with a request, the monitor says sucessful but nothing is downloaded into that table.

I apreciated if somebody can help me

Hello Lidisaid,

The customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1 is used to replicate the ECC material groups to SAP CRM.

During the replication however, a mapping occurs between the ECC material group and the SAP CRM Product category.

This means that for each material group in ECC, a product category is created in SAP CRM. These product categories are stored in table COMM_CATEGORY.

At the same time, a product hierarchy named 'R3MATCLASS' is created in SAP CRM, containing all the product categories which have been created during the replication. You can display this hierarchy via transaction COMM_HIERARCHY.
