my Super-administrators cannot be reached!!!

Hello,

I have been trying to contact my Super-administrator whose information listed is outdated and have spent 2 weeks trying to talk to my SAP partner/customer, who finally came back and says that they do not provide support anymore for SAP for their establishment and others...yet I need some authorization objects attached to my user id...I'm not sure what to do at this point and wanted to find out if anyone can point me in the right direction. I want to contact SAP Education support and see if they may be able to access my account and add the necessary objects needed.
