Hi people,

I have been reading documentation of DUET and one thing I confused me .On the installation requirements apart from the installation consists of the client duet, add on the R3 and the separate duet server? Thus correct?

right all duet server and addon should be in same domain in which ADS (active directory server) is present

Then once they are installed the different components, as one must activate the Extended in APO (IMC)?

Hi people,

I have a problem with the duet client. In the task bar I have the duet utility and when I push it I can see the state of synchronization and this state is in the "not available". What can I do?
